TELEPHONE SOLICITATION BY GROUPS The Rocky Mountain Chapter hereby authorizes its Groups to conduct telephone solicitation programs during the months of March and April in conjunction with the its annual direct mail appeal. Groups shall order calling lists from the Rocky Mountain Chapter Computer Committee during the months of January, February, March and April; however, priority will be given to Groups ordering their calling lists during the months of January and February. When producing these lists, the Rocky Mountain Chapter Computer Committee shall make every reasonable effort to eliminate from these lists those members of the Rocky Mountain Chapter who do not wish to receive fundraising telephone calls. Groups shall keep records of members contacted by telephone and shall receive 40% of the contributions received from these members. Groups shall also keep records of members whose names, addresses, and telephone numbers have changed, and shall forward these records to the Rocky Mountain Chapter's Volunteer Coordinator for processing and forwarding to the national office. Finally, the Rocky Mountain Chapter Political Committee is hereby authorized to conduct similar telephone fundraising programs within the boundaries of Groups which do not choose to conduct their own programs. In this case, the Political Committee shall receive the same 40% share of contributions received which would have been paid to the Group.
