MEETING BANS ON SMOKING AND DISPOSABLES

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Sierra Club bars from all Rocky Mountain
Chapter functions the use of non-recycled disposable dining products unless
equivalent recycled products are not available.  The Recycling Committee
shall maintain and make available on request a list of appropriate products
manufactured using recycled materials.

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Sierra Club also bars smoking from the
rooms where its meetings take place.

Notes concerning these policies shall appear at the top of all meeting
schedules and agendas, and meeting hosts and hostesses shall be notified of
these policies as early as possible.

All Groups within the Rocky Mountain Chapter are encouraged to develop and
adopt similar policies according to their circumstances.
