RESTRICTED FUNDS It is the intent of the Rocky Mountain Chapter Executive Committee to expend money raised for a specific issue on that issue to the extent possible. For purposes of this policy, a portion of the funds raised from a large number of small donors, such as from raffles and telephone banks, may be legitimately spent on related administrative expenses such as publishing PEAK AND PRAIRIE and conducting regular Rocky Mountain Chapter Executive Committee meetings. Nevertheless, the Rocky Mountain Chapter Executive Committee may, under any circumstances, reallocate funds raised from a large number of small donors. However, these funds will not normally be reallocated until the Rocky Mountain Chapter Executive Committee has determined the funds are no longer needed for their originally intended use. Funds raised from large donors are restricted to the purpose for which they were acquired, although these funds may be reallocated to other purposes with the concurrence of the donor.
