DUES SUBVENTION FOR GROUPS

The dues subvention base shall be $100 per Group per quarter. Each Group
shall receive 10 cents per member per quarter in addition to the dues
subvention base.

Checks will be mailed to group treasurers after each quarterly Rocky Mountain
Chapter Executive Committee meeting.  A group will receive its check if and
only if its voting delegate (or alternate) was present for at least part of
both meeting days.  It is the responsibility of the Secretary of the Rocky
Mountain Chapter to maintain an accurate voting roster for both days. Members
of the Executive Committee elected at large may not serve as group delegates
for the purpose of this rule.

This attendance requirement may be waived by the Rocky Mountain Chapter Chair
when a delegate is unable to attend due to inclement weather, car trouble,
flight delays or other such circumstances.  However, in view of the
importance of having all groups represented at Rocky Mountain Chapter
Executive Committee meetings, it is the responsibility of each group to work
towards perfect attendance.

The Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Chapter reserves the right to void any
checks not cashed within 120 days.
