AWARDS PROGRAM

The Rocky Mountain Chapter Awards Committee shall be composed of 3 to 7
members, including the Council Delegate, 1 to 3 members of the previous
year's Awards Committee (including the Chair of the previous year's Awards
Committee, if he or she is available), 1 to 3 awardees from previous years,
and up to 2 additional members selected from the membership of the Rocky
Mountain Chapter.

The Rocky Mountain Chapter Awards Committee shall have responsibility for
issuing the following awards.

     Columbine Award
     Volunteer Conservationist of the Year
     Professional Conservationist of the Year
     Legislator of the Year
     Freshman Legislator of the Year
     Rocky Mountain Chapter Conservationist of the Year
     Rocky Mountain Chapter Leader of the Year
     Distinguished Service Award
     Certificate of Appreciation
     Cow Chip Award
