APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES

Each committee chair may authorize expenditures relevant to his or her
committee up to the amount specified for his or her committee in the current
budget.

Other Rocky Mountain Chapter leaders with spending authority over particular
budget items shall be authorized to spend up to the amount specified in the
current budget.

All other expenditures require the approval of the Rocky Mountain Chapter
Executive Committee.
